Digital Library Hands-On Help

Drop in at either library location with your fully-charged, Wi-Fi connected mobile device, eBook reader, or iPod and we’ll show you how to use our digital library resources in a hands-on help session. We’ll answer questions about how to set up your new mobile device or offer technical support for connecting to digital library resources.

Computer Basics

Never used a computer before? This class includes an introduction to the basic parts of a computer, using a mouse, and other skills.

Begin using Google and other search tools. Learn how to work with online maps and directions. Find businesses,
people, and news in your hometown and around the world.

Create an account and perform basic email tasks.  Learn to connect with friends and family on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Flickr and YouTube.

Digital Library

Learn how to download eBooks, digital audiobooks, music, and magazines from Willard Library onto your computer, mobile device, iPod, or eBook Reader. Bring your Wi-Fi connected laptop or device to the class for hands-on help after the lecture.
